Microbial Lab

Class “D” certified microbial  laboratory is specialized to conduct microbiological quality control and anti-microbial screening of herbal products. Various analytical procedures in this laboratory are tailor made to suit herbal products and are in accordance with Pharma guidelines.

Steps of Quality Control

  • Botanical identification is a highly complex process due to various origins of the plants we source. Phyto has separate technical team which is engaged in herbs identification , selection & sourcing cum procurement during season to season .
  • We have developed a 4-step identity authentication program to ensure consumers get what they pay for.
  • Working together, our botanists and researchers have developed a portfolio of over 450 different plants from pan ASIA.
  • After identifying the beneficial properties of each plant, our scientists determine the most appropriate extraction method to preserve the entire phyto complex or isolate the active compounds. 
  • Thanks to this expertise, we have developed a broad range of ingredients that meet the demands of our customers in the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical markets.
